Maintenance window:
The Waypoint FTP and licensing servers are scheduled for maintenance from 7:00 AM on Saturday, February 12, 2022 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, February 13, 2022 (MST). During this time, services will be temporarily unavailable. This planned maintenance ensures Waypoint post-processing software continues to operate as efficiently as possible in providing a ground truth users can trust.

- Inertial Explorer Xpress
- GrafNav / GrafNet
- GrafNav Static
- Waypoint SDK
Service disruptions:
Customers should be aware of the following impacts during the maintenance period:
- Licensing and Activation: Software license activation and returns will be temporarily unavailable. Access to the customer portal will also be disrupted.
- FTP Resources: Updates to essential resources such as base station coordinate lists, SP3/CLK files, antenna calibrations, datum/grid parameters, error models, and DCB files via FTP will not be accessible.
- TerraStar NRT Service: The TerraStar NRT service on the “North America” server will be offline. However, the “Europe” server will remain operational, ensuring continued access to TerraStar NRT correction files.
How to prepare:
To minimise disruptions, we recommend the following actions:
- License Management: Activate or return software licenses before 7:00 AM MST on Saturday, February 12, 2022, or wait until after 5:00 PM MST on Sunday, February 13, 2022. For license details, navigate to the software menu: Help → About Inertial Explorer → License Information → Local Licenses.
- Updating Files: Download any required manufacturer files in advance from the Waypoint Downloads section of the NovAtel website. After downloading, place the files in the “resources” sub-folder of your software installation directory.
- TerraStar NRT Subscribers: To maintain uninterrupted service, switch the default server to “Europe” via the software’s Preferences window before the maintenance begins.
