Committed to Safety in Automotive
Hexagon | NovAtel has committed to developing functionally safe positioning technologies for fully autonomous vehicles and other applications.
As part of the company’s firm commitment to this mission, we have ensured our manufacturing and development processes meet the requirements of the Automotive Quality standard IATF 16949:2016. We obtained an outside viewpoint with a second-party audit by the Certification body TÜV SÜD to confirm process compliance.
As expected by the standard, we also have a process quality framework. Our processes are designed to be able to achieve ASPICE PAM 3.1 Capability Level 3 (CL3) and NovAtel believes it is currently compliant to CL1.
NovAtel believes it is compliant to the Automotive Quality standard IATF 16949:2016.
