Product Change Notice: SMART7, SMART7-W and SMART7-I variants

Description of change & impact: 

SMART7, SMART7-W and SMART7-I variants are being updated as part of standard maintenance.  

A new firmware version is mandatory for the new hardware revision (3.10 and above). Firmware versions older than ES7PR0801RN0001 cannot be used on hardware revision 3.10. If a previous firmware version is loaded, the receiver will report an RXSTATUS error that disables GNSS signal tracking. To remediate this, firmware version ES7PR0801RN0001 or greater must be loaded.
