Product Change Notice: OEM719 & variants

Description of change & impact: 

OEM719 and variants are being updated as part of standard maintenance. Pin 14 on the OEM719 interface connector, TXD2, will no longer support the alternate function of outputting a periodic pulse and instead will be solely dedicated to the primary TXD2 COM2 function. 

A new firmware version is mandatory for the new hardware revision (1.05 and above). Firmware versions older than OM7MR0809RN0000 cannot be used on hardware revision 1.05. If a previous firmware version is loaded, the receiver will report an RXSTATUS error that disables GNSS signal tracking. To remediate this, firmware version OM7MR0809RN0000 or greater must be loaded.
